1. Introduction
Welcome to the official website of the Atlantic Canada Seafood Export Café event, organized by Euromed Group Srl in collaboration with the Canadian Chamber in Italy and the Embassy of Canada in Italy, as part of the “Seafood from Canada – Taste the North” program. Use of this site and participation in the event are subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. Event Information

- Location: Le Méridien Visconti Rome, Rome, Italy

- Key participants: Canadian seafood companies, Italian buyers, distributors, importers, Horeca, and industry stakeholders.
3. Event Registration
- Registration is mandatory to participate in the Workshop, lunch and B2B sessions and will remain open until 31 January 2025.
- Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse registrations that are incomplete or do not comply with the event criteria.
- For each company, it will be possible to register for a maximum of two people.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations must be communicated by email to exportcafeitaly@euromed.events no later than January 31, 2025.
5. Liability of Participants
- Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event.
- The organizers are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings during the event.
- Unauthorized use of corporate promotional materials and/or trademarks associated with the event is prohibited.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
- Personal data collected during registration and participation in the event will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes to the Event
The organizers reserve the right to change the program, venue or other logistical information of the event. Any change will be communicated to the participants via email or through the official website of the event and no charge or request for compensation for damages can be requested from the organizers.

- All content on this site, including text, images and logos, is copyrighted and the property of the organizers or their respective licensors.
- The unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of such content without the written consent of the organizers is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The organizers will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or other changes to the event caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, health emergencies or other acts of God.
